We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery times

Delivery charges

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This will allow you to follow your parcel's progress on the carrier's website.

Delivery problems

Order not received: If you have not received your order within the expected timescale, please contact us at contact@tryverlo.com. We will do everything we can to resolve the matter.

Damaged parcel: If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it to the carrier immediately and let us know as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary steps.

Delivery address

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.

Verlo cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an additional charge may apply for redelivery.

Customs charges and taxes

• For deliveries within the United Kingdom, no customs charges apply.
• For shipments to other countries, including the EU, customs duties and import taxes may be payable, and these charges are the customer's responsibility.
